The Call for Applications for the 8th International Staff Week 2026 is now open! The event will be held from April 13-17 2026 and is organised by the Department for International Relations at the University of Zadar. The preliminary programme can be found here.

Aim:
Sharing knowledge and new ideas through discussions and the exchange of good practices. Through a combination of presentations, round tables and discussions with the colleagues from international relations offices, the week’s programme will provide opportunities for comparing knowledge and understanding of important issues related to the above-mentioned topics. Additionally, it will be a great opportunity to strengthen existing relations and meet potential partners.

Cost:
Participants are expected to cover their own travel and accommodation expenses, using Erasmus+ or other funds. The University of Zadar will cover the expenses for excursion, coffee breaks, two lunches, a guided city tour, information kits, and certificates of attendance.

Terms of participation:
•    participation is limited to two people per institution,
•    the language of training is English,
•    there is no registration fee,
•    limited number of participants: max 40 persons.

Application:
The application procedure consists of submitting a Mobility Agreement and completing an online application form.
Applications are open from 13/10/2026 to 17/11/2026.

Participants will be selected based on the relevance of their field of interest and main responsibilities to the key topics, as well as the quality of their Mobility Agreements.

Please note that the Mobility Agreement must be sent to the following email: erasmus@unizd.hr by November 17 2026.

Selected participants will receive an Acceptance Letter and the Mobility Agreement, signed by the University of Zadar, by the end of December 2026.
