University of Zadar invites applications for staff mobility grants within the Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility Project (2023-1-HR01-KA171-HED-000135788).
This call supports teaching and training mobilities between the University of Zadar and partner higher education institutions from eligible partner countries.

Deadline: until positions are filled or no later than 1 November 2025
Mobility period: until 31 July 2026

Who can apply

• Teaching staff from partner universities – for mobility for teaching (STA)
• Teaching and non-teaching staff – for mobility for training (STT)

Applicants must be employed by their home institution throughout the entire application and mobility period.

(All documents must be completed in English)

2. Invitation letter,
3. Staff Mobility Agreement for Teaching / Staff Mobility Agreement for Training,
4. Link to Europass CV format,
5. Proof of citizenship (copy of passport or ID card)

Eligible applicants:
Incoming students from partner universities in Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Morocco and Ukraine.

Application requirements:

To apply successfully, students must send the following documents to erasmus_ka171@unizd.hr:

• Application Form for Student Mobility; 
• Transcript of Records (for bachelor level: transcript of all bachelor courses taken so far; for master level: copy of bachelor diploma and transcript of both bachelor and master courses taken so far) with explanation of grading system; 
• Proof of citizenship (copy of passport or ID card);
• Motivation letter;
• CV in the Europass Form
