On the first day of the new academic year, the Department for International Relations participated in the reception of first-year undergraduate students with an information stand, where the interested students could learn more about the opportunities offered by the Erasmus+ mobility program during their studies. At the same time, a so-called Welcome Day was held for 82 international students from partner universities who chose to spend a semester at the University of Zadar.

Antonija Čirjak Debuš, from the Department for International Relations, introduced the students to the University and informed them about their administrative obligations during the mobility period. Members of the ESN Zadar student association presented their work to the new students, as well as the activity plan they had prepared for them. In addition to these presentations, the students were given a tour of the University and the old town of Zadar, as well as individual receptions at the university departments.

Furthermore, during the first week of mobility, useful lectures were organized for them by the Student Counseling Center, aimed at introducing students to the system of psychological assistance and support that they may need during their stay in a foreign country.
